InTension Group was established in Melbourne by Aidan Beyer and Oliver Grant. Having worked closely together for over a decade on complex projects, they joined forces to streamline operations and provide a unified, single-source solution for their clients.
With 25 years of combined expertise spanning textile design, metal fabrication, and specialist rigging, Aidan and Ollie lead a team defined by technical excellence. Our integrated approach ensures that every temporary structure and bespoke rigging project is delivered with a perfect balance of aesthetic intent and structural integrity.

Aidan, working under the moniker Tetrik, has been exploring the intersection of textiles, design, and architecture since 2010. He specialises in designing and installing unique structures for the events industry — from immersive dancefloor shade to 3D lighting and dynamic wind installations. His work bridges the gap between creative vision and structural engineering, delivering tensile solutions that are as visually compelling as they are technically precise.
Ollie Grant
Steel, Rigging & Coordination
With over 15 years of hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and industrial construction, Ollie brings technical expertise and a sharp eye for detail. His work spans everything from large-scale infrastructure to custom architectural elements. As InTension's rigging and steel lead, he oversees fabrication, heavy lifting, and on-site coordination — ensuring every project meets the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship.
